Product Availability & Refunds
The delivery of the exact same product may not always be possible due to location constraints. In such cases, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund in the form of a Bakizo coupon of equal value.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights
Bakizo reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time after receiving it. If an order is canceled from our end, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account, Bakizo wallet, or as a coupon. However, we always strive to fulfill all orders to the best of our ability.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is not available at the delivery location or refuses to accept the order, no refund will be provided. Since we deal with perishable products, the order will be marked as delivered, and no reattempt will be made.
Octroi & Additional Charges
Any applicable Octroi charges at the recipient’s location will be borne by the customer.
Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Bakizo reserves the right to delay deliveries in cases of natural calamities or unforeseen events beyond our control. Customers will be notified in such cases, and we will strive to resolve the issue promptly.
Delivery Timelines
Orders will be delivered on the selected date and within the chosen time slot as per the customer’s selection.
Delivery Resolution Timeline
If an order is not delivered within the selected time slot or on the specified date, Bakizo will take a maximum of 5 days from the original delivery date to resolve the issue and provide an update to the customer.
