Refund Policy – Bakizo

At Bakizo, we strive to deliver happiness with every order. However, if there’s ever a need for a refund, our policy ensures a smooth and fair process for all.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following situations:

  1. Order Cancellations

Cancellations will be handled as per our Cancellation Policy. Based on the time of cancellation, a full or partial refund may be processed to your bank account or Bakizo Wallet.

  1. Product Issues
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer support immediately. We may ask for photo proof. After verification, we’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund to your bank account or Bakizo Wallet.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
  1. Delivery Issues
  • Non-Delivery: If your order couldn’t be delivered due to our fault and rescheduling isn’t possible, a full refund will be processed.
  • Delayed Delivery: If your order is delayed beyond our maximum SLA of 5 days (excluding same-day deliveries), you can request a full refund.

Refund Process

  • Refund to Bank Account: Processed within 7–10 business days from approval. Credited to the original payment method.
  • Refund to Bakizo Wallet: Credited within 2–3 business days. Usable for any future order on Bakizo.in.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following:

  • Late Cancellations: If cancellation is requested after the allowed timeframe (as per our policy).
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Includes same-day deliveries and special occasion orders.
  • Customer Errors: Providing wrong address/contact details, not being available at the time of delivery, etc.

Discretionary Refunds

In rare and exceptional situations like natural calamities or unavoidable events, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Bakizo. However, this is not a customer entitlement.
