Product Information & Quality Assurance
All products displayed on the website are for reference purposes only. While our vendors strive to create products as closely as possible to the images shown, slight variations may occur. We ensure the best possible quality and presentation for all our products.
In case of quality concerns, customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of product delivery. After this period, no quality complaints will be entertained.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the delivery date. A 5% deduction will apply to cover payment processing expenses, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellations within 12 hours of delivery or after dispatch cannot be processed.
If a product ordered by the customer is unavailable in the selected delivery location, we reserve the right to deliver the best available alternative of equal value. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer a 100% refund in the form of a coupon of the same value.
Delivery Issues
If a product is delivered but the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept it, the order will be marked as delivered. No refunds will be issued in this case, as we deal with perishable goods.
For midnight deliveries (11 PM – 12 AM) or early morning deliveries (7 AM – 9 AM), orders must be placed at least 8 hours in advance to ensure timely processing.
For same-day deliveries, orders must be placed by 8 PM to ensure we can process and deliver them on time.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
During peak occasions such as Valentine’s Week (7th Feb – 14th Feb), flower prices may increase due to market fluctuations. Any price increases will be communicated before the order is finalized.
If a delivery is delayed due to natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery.
If you do not receive your order (cakes, flowers, chocolates, etc.), please contact us on the same day of delivery for a full refund.
Taxes & Charges
The prices listed on our website are all-inclusive, covering the product cost, delivery service charges, and online transaction fees. For products with MRP restrictions, the breakdown of charges may not be separately displayed.
If Octroi charges are applicable in the recipient’s location, they will be borne by the customer.
