Yes, we believe the taste of a cake is best enjoyed when it’s fresh. When placing your order, you’ll have the option to choose a time slot. Each time slot offers a four-hour window, giving us enough time to bake and deliver your cake fresh. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we always deliver fresh cakes!

2. How can I trust the quality of the cakes delivered by Bakizo?

We source our cakes from the best bakeries in town. We carefully select our partner bakeries based on their ratings, performance, and quality. Rest assured, we only deliver top-quality cakes to our customers.

3. Are there any extra charges for delivery?

No, we do not charge extra for standard delivery time slots. You can select your preferred time slot during checkout, and the price listed is all-inclusive. Delivery charges may apply based on location and time slot.

4. Does Bakizo offer midnight delivery? Are there any extra charges for it?

Yes, we offer midnight delivery! Our midnight delivery slot is from 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM. To ensure timely delivery, please place your order well in advance. The additional charge for midnight delivery is ₹250.

5. What happens if the recipient is unavailable when the delivery person arrives?

If the recipient isn’t available, we will try to deliver the order to a neighbor (with prior consent). If that’s not possible, the order will be canceled. Please note that no refunds will be provided for missed deliveries, as our products (cakes, flowers, chocolates, etc.) are perishable.

There are no hidden charges when you order from Bakizo. The prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges may apply based on your location and other factors.
