Cancellation Policy – Bakizo
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. At Bakizo, we aim to make this process simple and fair. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Cancellation Requests Made 24 Hours or More Before Delivery Time:
- A 5% cancellation fee will be charged on the total order value.
- You will receive a 95% refund to your original payment method.
- Alternatively, opt for a 100% refund in Bakizo Wallet with no deduction, which can be used for future purchases.
Cancellation Requests Made Between 12 to 24 Hours Before Delivery Time:
- A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.
- The remaining 90% will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Choosing a 100% refund in Bakizo Wallet will waive off all cancellation charges.
Cancellation Requests Made Within 12 Hours of Delivery:
- No refund will be issued in this case.
- The entire amount will be treated as a cancellation fee.
Non-Cancellable Orders:
The following types of orders cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided:
- Same-day delivery orders
- Same-day midnight deliveries
- Orders placed for peak/festive occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, Christmas, etc.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In rare cases like natural calamities, logistical failures, or other unavoidable situations, refunds (full or partial) may be provided at the sole discretion of Bakizo’s management. However, customers cannot claim refunds as a right in such events.
Note:
- Refunds to the bank account usually reflect within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds to Bakizo Wallet are processed within 24 hours.
